Introducing SmartCycle

Managers of complex processes aim to reduce energy consumption, to improve control over the quality of their end-product, to make maintenance more accurate and to improve production yield. DySI provides support by extracting more intelligence from information-rich dynamical processes by applying the SmartCycle approach. In this approach the business process is monitored broadly, analyzed intelligently and optimized using feed-forward actions. The SmartCycle is the recipe for bringing the complexity of every situation under control.

The SmartCycle approach is always carried out jointly with the customer and starts with an investigation of the current performance and possibilities for improvement. The process and its relevant environment are then monitored during operation. Advanced techniques for exploratory data analysis are subsequently applied to this data in order to generate a model representation of the system. The combination of the monitoring data and the realistic models provides the basis for optimization of the customer´s process or improved design of experiment for new iterations of the SmartCycle.
